How Does VCI Packaging Work?
VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) compounds can release protective molecules inside a suitably enclosed package. Their interaction with compatible metal surfaces helps reduce corrosion risk under appropriate conditions.

Closing options
Three Ways to Close a VCI Flat Bag
Choose a closure that matches your packing process and protection requirements.
01 · Heat Sealing
Creates a continuous seal when the film and sealing equipment are compatible. Suitable when a tighter enclosure is required.
02 · Cable Tie
Gather the open end and secure it with a tie. Convenient for on-site packing; the closure may not be airtight.
03 · Fold & Tape
Fold the bag opening and secure it with suitable tape. Useful for selected handling needs; sealing tightness varies.
Bag Measurements & Available Colors
Request the length (L) and width (W) you need. Yellow, blue and clear are common color options; other colors can be discussed.
