Product Overview

Our VCI stretch film (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor stretch film) is cast LLDPE film blended with high-performance VCI anti-rust masterbatch. It combines two functions: pallet load stabilization and vapor phase anti-corrosion protection.
Available in hand VCI film (with insert plastic tapered handle) and machine VCI film for automatic wrapping machines. The VCI molecules release slowly inside the wrapped package, forming a protective layer on metal surfaces to prevent rust during sea transportation and long-term storage.

We provide two formulas: Ferrous (iron & steel only) and Multi-metal (steel, aluminum, copper, zinc & alloy). Blue is the standard industry color for VCI film, transparent and yellow are available on custom request. Anti-rust lifetime options: 6 months, 12 months, 24 months. We supply metric specifications for Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Japan & Korea, and inch/gauge sizes for North America.
